RV Training Center provides professional training, consulting, and educational services related to RV and VM environment management. Our services include live instructor-led training sessions, recorded educational content, hands-on lab access, and ongoing technical support as described in our service plans.
3. Registration and Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to provide registration information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Training services are billed on an hourly basis as specified in the selected plan. Payment is due prior to the commencement of training sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel a scheduled training session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one hour of the applicable plan rate. If you are unsatisfied with a training session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a partial or full refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided during training sessions, including but not limited to presentations, documentation, lab guides, scripts, and recorded sessions, is the intellectual property of RV Training Center. You may use these materials for personal and internal business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of training materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to our services. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
RV Training Center provides training and educational services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our training programs. In no event shall RV Training Center be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of training materials. RV Training Center is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers of RV software or VM, Inc.

11. Modifications to Terms
